Acceptable minimum video bit rate (quality) needs to have a bit rate of 10,000 kbps
as the minimum, otherwise it gets too noticeably pixelated.
How to find a clips bitrate quality
You will likely need to use something like Adobe Media Encoder to export from your intermediate codec (larger file) to a final deliverable mp4 (smaller file).
Best settings for high quality mp4s
While the below video is titled for Premiere, you can easily use these same settings in Adobe Media Encoder to reduce the file size of the videos. You will likely need to use something like Adobe Media Encoder to export from your intermediate codec (larger file) directly off your camera - and export it to a final deliverable mp4 (smaller file).
