Emerald Pines Barn
Located just west of Sioux Falls, a rustic and elegant property surrounded by over 4-acres of land. It is a barn designed to host significant events; the reception hall seats up to 400 guests. The white facade will match any decoration you have in mind. Inside you will also find a very neutral decoration, with a couple of exposed wooden beams and large chandeliers. The venue is surrounded by seasonal blooming and evergreen trees. Large barn doors and many perfect places to have your wedding pictures.
Rental includes 8ft wooden tables or round tables, wooden cross-back chairs, an open double stairway that overlooks the reception area, a focal shiplap wall, projector, surround sound, and wireless microphones. They offer a designated place for an outdoor ceremony, white chairs for outdoor use, a covered walkway and patio, a 9ft tall cedar wedding arch, and a fire pit area.
You will also have access to a bridal suite and groom's den. Laurel Ridge Barn
A 12 minutes' drive from downtown Sioux Falls will lead you to this unique barn. 26,000 square feet of whitewashed wood will take your breath away. If you love open spaces and plenty of light, this is the barn for you, with a complete window wall that provides natural light throughout the entire venue and a clear span of 11,800 square feet. Vaulted ceilings reaching 43' allows you to play with high floral arrangements and hanging decoration. The property is situated on a 5-acre land. The reception area seats up to 450 guests.
For your ceremony, they offer three main outdoor areas: courtyard, patio, and green space. They provide outdoor chairs for the patio and grass. Parking will not be a hassle; they have 100 paved spaces and a spare parking area for larger events. They have flexible bar options and can accommodate your requests. Meadow Barn
A rustic and classic barn built with exposed post and beam, secluded just south of Sioux Falls city, within a historic apple orchard with over 6000 trees. This is an ideal venue for a large wedding. You can seat up to 400 guests. The barn is 132ft long by 54ft wide. It has a covered patio that runs all the length of the building. Inside you will find 34ft high ceilings with three focal crystal chandeliers. This wholly enclosed barn is suitable for all year weddings.
You can have an indoor or outdoor ceremony. Outdoor space is adjacent to the covered patio area in a grassy meadow within the apple orchards. A wood arch marks the romantic designated space for your ceremony, and full-grown apple trees will surround you. White chairs are included for your guests.
Rental includes all spaces, such as a barn, bridal suite, groom suite, prep kitchen, patio, and fire pit. Round tables, six wood cocktail tables, wooden cross back chairs for the reception, white resin chairs for the outdoor ceremony, glassware for the bar, bartenders, fully stocked bar, on-site manager, sound system. They are very flexible regarding vendors. You can bring in any cater if they have insurance and license. The kitchen does not include equipment. Parking is available, both paved and gravel.

The Canton Barn
A barn for history lovers, built over 100 years ago as a dairy barn and restored for you to celebrate a unique wedding. Located south of Sioux Falls, you can have a vintage wedding at this 29ft tall ceiling fully wooden barn. The loft area offers a 300 seated guests' capacity, and the main floor has an extra 50 seated guest's space.
The property has a covered patio with chairs, a wedding gazebo that will be the ideal setting for your ceremony, and they include chairs. It has a fire pit and incredible landscapes and sunsets that are entirely free. A shuttle bus for 22 passengers is available. Bonus: The Riverview Barn
We are including this barn as a "bonus" barn since they are not open yet at the time this article was written as they plan to open in the summer of 2021. This is the first event barn on the eastern side of the city with land overlooking rolling hills of eastern Sioux Falls and the Big Sioux River near the Mary Jo Wagner Arboretum.
This barn will seat between 200 and 300 guests for weddings and events. The wood barn features a patio for outdoor entertaining, on-site kitchen, groom's den, and loft with a bridal suite.
To book they offer a flat-rate fee, which discards other fees usually associated with wedding venues.
