The Iowa Great Lakes is one of my favorite places to do wedding videos. It is a beautiful area with an abundance of great scenery, nature and wide-open spaces. There are barns, churches, wineries, resorts, golf courses, parks and event centers where you can tie the knot in style. You can even get married at an amusement park if you fancy a quirky venue.

The Waterfront Bridges Bay is as charming as the name sounds. The luxurious location includes a lakeside wedding gazebo which catches the sunset for the wedding ceremony and great reception space. Guests can stay at the Bridges Bay Resorts next door, which is the perfect spot for pre and post-wedding day events.
The Barn at Okoboji in Spirit Lake is a dairy farm turned rustic barn wedding venue. The barn is beautiful, with a grand chandelier and charming wood interiors. Stay in the farmhouse the night before the wedding with two bridal suites for you and your bridal party to get ready in. They will even throw in some line dancing lessons for the couple to lead the way when the country-style tunes come on.
Arrowwood Resort and Conference Center is for brides and grooms who appreciate refined luxury combined with natural surroundings. The grounds are just dreamy, and the resort is fully set up for weddings of all sizes. This place has so many great spaces for wedding videography, especially the manicured lawns with rustic woods all around.
